What are the responsibilities of the position?

Consultations :

  • Advise customers on style, trend, fabric, and fit
  • Follow up daily with production on customer orders
  • Assist clients during the entire process from taking measurements, creating a collection, and guiding client during the fitting process
  • Facilitate fitting sessions, including understanding the alterations needed and inputting relevant measurement data in system
  • Establish a call-back process with each customer to assess their needs
  • Make regular follow ups with after sales service and client satisfaction
  • Understand different types of body shapes and features for male and
  • Develop professional and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Use great communication skills

Administration :

  • Participate in the completion of daily tasks
  • Update work tools daily
  • Keep up to date with new standards and procedures
  • Maintain a professional work environnent.

Merchandising :

  • Upkeep of displays and cleanliness of the store daily
  • Unpack incoming orders and prepare clothing for fitting sessions
  • Maintain tidiness of warehouse
  • Participate in the monthly rotation of the displays

What experience do you need?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in retail fashion
  • Knowledge of both men’s and women’s fashion; custom clothing is an asset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Good priority management
  • Bilingual
